Return Policy:
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return the myPenPal GPS & G-Force Tracking Device within 30 days of receipt if the device is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. The device must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Subscription services or downloadable software products cannot be returned. Personalized items or orders made to customer specifications are also non-returnable unless defective.
- Process for Returns: To start a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
- Conditional Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [number of days] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Non-Refundable Services: Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel future billed services at any time. Please note that you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping:
- Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: myPenPal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, myPenPal will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
