Common questions
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, iPad or Mac: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Cancel in the free month and you pay nothing. The free plan stays: up to 20 notes, todos or tickets in each app.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You can read, edit and export everything, and keep using each app free for up to 20 notes, todos or tickets. Archive, close, check off or delete one to make room for a new one.
How do I export my data?
Email [hello@mypinpal.com](mailto:hello@mypinpal.com) from the address on your account and say which app. Notes come as plain Markdown.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, under Account, Danger zone. It removes your account and everything in it.
How do I disconnect an AI?
In the app, open Account (in Projects, the project's settings, Connect). Every connection is listed; revoke one and it loses access at once.
Is there an Android or web app?
Not today. Pinpal is for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your AI is how your Pinpal reaches anywhere else it runs.
